Julie Lewin – The Art Of Self-Healing
I believe anyone can heal themselves – you have the ability to intuitively find the root cause of all disease. The gift of intuition is the birth right of every man and woman, and it lies hidden within you just waiting to be awakened.
A Medical Intuitive is someone who sees inside of people’s bodies and that allows them to help undo the blockages and heal the physical body. This is an incredible ability, something I believe we can all do – it just takes practice.
If you learn how to tune into another person’s energy and you transmit a vibration particularly for that person their body will receive it. That is how spiritual healers, energy healers, vibrational healers create such amazing results.
Responding To Images
What I have discovered is that the body actually responds to images and have concluded that the language of the body is communicated via images rather than words. If you relate to someone’s body with an image, that body will receive the communication and it will have an impact on them.
As such, I have developed a healing modality based on images. The secret to bringing your gifts into consciousness is to take action. Just reading about it being possible simply isn’t enough.
Awakening Your Intuition
Here are a few tips to get you started:
- Cleanse Your Energy
Cleansing your energy body of any energy that doesn’t belong to your subtle bodies is crucial to moving forward with living an exceptional metaphysical life. It is also important to cleanse your home or any other environments that you spend time in.
- Protect Your Energy
There are people who like to steal your energy or drain you, so be aware of this and deflect their energy.
- Rejuvenate Your Energy.
For me, I like to spend time in nature, absorbing it’s energy. You can also enjoy some technology free time, read a book or do some gardening to rejuvenate.
Now for the fun stuff! The body responds to images, so play around with visualisation (spontaneous and creative) and see what happens. Take a look inside your body and write down what you see.
By regularly practising these steps, you will begin to shift your energy. Regular visualisation practise will help you to take note of what you see and if anything changes. Make sure you write it down! This will allow you to look back and notice any patterns which you can learn from going forward. This meditation will also help you with your visualisation practise.
